• Call information — calls to our number may be recorded and transcribed for quality and training purposes, so we can quote accurately and keep our answers honest. If you'd rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call and we'll take notes instead.
• Routine website data — standard technical details your browser sends (device type, pages viewed), gathered through cookies and analytics tools.

How We Use It

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare and deliver a quote, schedule and perform radon testing or mitigation, follow up on the job, and keep the business records the work requires. Nothing else.

Who Processes It

Form submissions, calls, texts, and scheduling run through our customer-relationship platform (GoHighLevel) and similar service providers that operate the plumbing of a modern local business. These providers process your information on our behalf and for our purposes only. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

We Never Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason. Your phone number exists in our systems so we can call you back about radon — that's the whole story.
